We offer Free Shipping Worldwide.
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
In-stock Items are shipped within 3 working days. Out-of-stock items can be made to order, please allow a 2-3 weeks window for your delivery.

For local orders, we use SF Express (2 - 3 working days).
For international orders, we use Hong Kong Post Registered Air Mail (4 - 24 working days), estimated delivery time depends on your location and may not be fully trackable. We also offer Express shipping option at a flat rate of HK$200.
Customers are responsible to all duties, taxes & customs fees charged by their countries. If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we are no longer responsible for packages once they are in transit.
Returns and Exchanges
Local Orders
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept exchange for goods within 10 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of returns, items must be returned in unworn condition and in original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, earrings are not exchangeable. Please email inquiries@prunusjewelry.com to start the returning process.

International Orders
All Sales are Final.
We only accept replacement when you have received faulty or damaged goods. Please email inquiries@prunusjewelry.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be returned in unworn condition and in original packaging.
